GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
How to book?
Make your choice on-line, using the calendar that shows availability. We will confirm availability by return (just in case someone else confirms an option in the meantime). To guarantee your reservation, we request a deposit of 30% of the cost of your stay.
How to pay your deposit?
Simply wait for our confirmation of availability, then follow the instructions on-line, for a payment by credit card. This is the most practical method because your reservation is validated extremely quickly and your chosen dates are immediately secured. Our on-line payment system is perfectly safe, but if you prefer you can give us your credit card details by telephone.
Important : Your reservation is not guaranteed until your deposit payment has been received. Meanwhile, any chosen dates remain indicative only and are subject to possible reservation by others.
Payment of the balance. The balance owed is to be paid at the end of your stay. (cash, visa, mastercard, american express, maestro)
Cancellation or change of reservation.
Your deposit is non-refundable. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance which will cover you in case of unexpected events. If the deposit is paid using a Visa Premier or Mastercard Gold card, you may already benefit from cancellation insurance, so please check with the issuing bank.
A change of dates is possible at no cost, right up to 8 days before the initial date of stay. For cancellations notified between 8 and 4 days before the initial date, 50% of the total cost becomes due, with a minimum equal to the deposit paid. For cancellations less than 4 days before the initial date or no show, the total cost becomes due. For early departure, after a night minimum stay 100% of the total booking.

For damage, breakage or missing items discovered after my departure, I am aware that the amount of damages will be charged and removed me from my card.

CHECK IN FORM AND SUBMISSION OF SECURITY
At the reservation of the B cottage we ask 30% of the total amount for any final reservation, then 3 weeks before the arrival of the remaining amount.
Cancellation policies. Cancellation more than a month before your arrival date, deposit will be lost. Cancellation less than a month before your arrival date, deposit will be lost and all th reservation will be charged.
By signing below, I recognize that I have received the house clean and proper form. I certify that I understood all the explanations that I have been given regarding how to use the site, its equipment and appliances.
The lessee (tenant) obligation to occupy the scene personally, to live "a good man" and maintain them. All facilities are operable. Any complaint concerning occurring more than 24 hours after the entry into enjoyment of places, could not be accepted. The repairs made necessary by the negligence or poor maintenance during arrivals, will be borne by the lessee (tenant). The tenant has an obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not troubled by the fact the customer or his family.
The House should be made without any damage and in good condition.
The household is made by our staff before the arrival and departure of a client. If I ask for additional households me they will be charged: 60 €. (This amount does not include the cleaning of kitchen equipment, oven and dishes)
The premises are rented furnished with cooking utensils, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows, sheets and towels as they are described in the description given in the report. If necessary, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim the licensee to his departure, the total value at the price of replacement items, furniture and equipment broken, cracked or damaged and those who wear beyond the normal for the duration of the lease, the price of cleaning blankets made sales, compensation for damage of any kind on the curtains, wallpaper, ceilings, carpets, carpet, glass, bedding, etc..
The B Cottage is strictly NO-SMOKING in case of non-compliance € 150 will be charged for the costs of cleaning all tissues.
Smokers smoke outside the house and meet the scene does not throwing cigarette butts in the garden.
We regret not to accept our animal friends.
A security alarm system for the pool (European standards) is in place. We disclaim any liability in case of accident or drowning. Children are under the supervision and the sole responsibility of parents.
The B Espace Suites offers bed linen and towels.
The licensee will not oppose the visit of the premises when the owner or his representative so request.

To guarantee we conduct a pre-authorization of 500 €.
